Our production facility, where traditional winemaking methods meet modern technology
Our love of grapes first brought us into contact with the land; then, the joy of production led us to expand our winemaking venture. A beautiful facility was established to produce the grapes grown in our vineyards.
Given the unspoilt nature of the Gelibolu Yarımadası and its status as a special conservation area, we have situated our production facility within Eceabat, in close proximity to our vineyards, so that we can produce wine in the ‘château’ style and enable our guests to experience our vineyards from the closest possible vantage point.
Excellence at every stage, from vineyard to bottle
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and handled with care to ensure they do not adversely affect the quality of the wine
Immediately after harvesting, they are stored in cold storage at +4 degrees Celsius.
The aim is to preserve the grapes’ freshness by harvesting them early in the morning
At our three-storey facility, we ensure that the grapes are subjected to minimal stress through the use of gravity
The fermentation process begins under controlled temperature and humidity conditions
It is aged for 10–14 months in French oak barrels in our cellar
Bottling and controlled ageing in the automatic filling unit
State-of-the-art temperature and humidity controls and analyses ensure that every stage is carried out in accordance with its specific requirements. A harmonious blend of traditional winemaking methods and modern technology has been achieved.
